It looks like the yard needs another edging.

Well, I already used my string trimmer on the front lawn. But my wife says it don't look like I did. At least 2 weeks went by and that was all the time it would take for the grass to get out of control. I guess, if the air and the ground dries up a bit after the overnight rain, I can get the charger and power up the lithium battery on that string trimmer and go to town in a day or so. It looks really nice after it gets finished. But sometimes I have to keep at it. Grass is one thing that grows fast after the rain.

The thing I found to be so true about maintaining a lawn is, you have to keep at it, doing basic cutting, edging, raking and trimming almost twice a week to keep it looking sharp. I bet you like it when they get those shrubs all nice and even and the low hanging tree branches off so people don't run into them when they walk around the courts. A well cared for lawn or landscape helps give people a better outlook on life just because it looks like someone really did a great job and put personal effort at making things look like a piece of paradise. Don't you agree?

@Hatley , They really need to cut back them shrubs to let people read the sign. Good for the bus driver and more so, good for visitors so they know they are at the right spot to see relatives and friends.

With all the rain that you have gotten here, the lawn is constantly in need of mowing.

I wonder how this effects global warming. More mowers being used might add to the Carbon footprint but to what extent is unknown to me at this moment. I would have to research it. Not that I want to at this time. Maybe I will check on that at a later time.

The grass is one thing that you have to stay on top of all the time.

And the rain will make it grow even faster than ever!
