Okay, so this isn't as cheap as a lot of the meals that I feature in my FF series, but it's still a heck of a lot cheaper than going out for salmon dinner for three people, and way more delicious. Tonight we are having smoked salmon, steamed veggies and mushroom rice. The breakdown is as follows: -1. 5 pounds of Salmon Filets $10 -Rice- $1.00 -Portabella mushroos- $1.50 -Veggies - $1.50 -Butter, garlic salt, onion powder and rosemary etc - $1.00 Dinner for three, for $14.50. That's less than one salmon dinner out would cost. What are you having tonight for dinner?

Nice! That is awedome. Certainly much cheaper than going out to eat and probably healthier for you too!

That sounds delicious. I'm having leftover crockpot spaghetti and meatballs. I need to make more spaghetti to add to my leftover dish.

How long do you cook crock pot spaghetti and meatballs for?

@thislittlepennyearns 5-6 hours low for just the meatballs in the sauce. Then you do the spaghetti in the last hour on high. I've made my meatballs, but in this recipe, you can buy them frozen. I'll be happy to share with you the link.

@KristenH I would love to see the link, I don't make spaghetti that often, but i would love to try it in the crock pot.

Your dinner sounds delicious and you're right--definitely cheaper than one salmon dinner at a restaurant. Not sure what I'm having tonight yet. Probably pasta with garlic cloves and tomatoes.

That's still under 5 bucks a plate. Just one restaurant plate would cost more than your total.

That sounds tasty and economical. I love Salmon. Yesterday we went out to eat. Today we are baking some chicken.
