Each person is different. I can say that for me the only way that a marriage doesn´t break is having respect and patience with each other.

Welcome to myLot.
There are a lot of reasons for a marriage to fall apart: love, money, cheat, ego and so on...
To me, a marriage can stay strong if love is still in the air and both parties are willing to make their marriage work.

I feel that marriage is the most complicated relationship because of what it involves. So, depending on individuals and outside influences which also can contribute in the breakdown of relationship s if one is not careful, any factor can destabilize a marriage. Communication is very important and understanding too..
