Or pay 1000$ to 2000$ fine. I wonder who's going to watch over how we freaking sing! This is prone to abuse! If only we have a live stream of the congress and watch the agenda's their talk about everyday. Unfortunately, the media has limits covering their sessions. Unfortunately, We didn't get to watch the session about this silly freaking Bill gets passed into law. Turns out! this bill was proposed SIX YEARS ago! But the reasons stated in the video is that Singers sang this song differently when ever they get invited! But that shouldn't be the reason to make this law, they should be taught instead first hand how to sing it properly! At least Jake Zyruz / Charice Pempengco was able to get it right. In my opinion https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTecXjymcOw
The House of Representatives has approved on third and final reading the measure updating the rules on the correct rendition of the national anthem Lupang Hinirang, and requiring everyone to sing along when it is played in public. House Bill No. 5224 also

Our Congress sure knows its priorities. They pass this bill but refuse to discuss the validity of the martial law declared in Mindanao.

@allen0187 I don't think it's duterte fault unless he was one of those who supported the bill.

They should start with those artists/singers who sang our National Anthem in short cut

@Letranknight2015 yes, so those singers will stop singing our national anthem on their own sickening version

I strongly agree with that instead of just complaining they should put that law on the singers that will sing the national anthem @jaiho2009

Hello @BelleStarr Because of this I've forced myself to listen to the anthem over and over again.

Wow! What a strict law to endure. In such a case, I would refrain from singing the Anthem.

@Letranknight2015 You are right; but it is certainly a strange rule.

I don't know how they are going to arrest some one who couldn't sing it right. Probably singers @ShifaLk

This seems a little extreme to say the least.

It is extreme! once they're done with school then they'll just forget about singing the national anthem @PatZAnthony
