"I got chills, they're multiplying"

...and it is my fault. Yesterday I stayed long in the bathroom, enjoying the cold water for 45 minutes, and then sat in front of the television with the electric fan rotating. When I went to bed, I positioned my electric fan in stationary; at 3AM, I felt cold. I switched off the fan and covered myself up with the blue blanket. I got chills, and I have inflamed tonsils. I have body pains as well. Well, even health care providers can commit "health crimes". So this morning upon waking up I took a tablespoonful of pure honey. If I can be treated with hydrotherapy then I won't take any tablet.

Going from heat to cold is a bad idea.

yes that is true because our temperature regulating center in our brain will not immediately adjust to the sudden change in temperature.

I woke up feeling cold early this morning too. I guess it woke me up. I had to cover me with my pillows cause my blanket was in the living room. I was too sleepy to get up and get it. But it was still a good morning. Hey, get well soon.

Could it be that you are anemic? My mother when she was younger, would suddenly get chills and she would ran upstairs to their bedroom and she would wrap herself in blankets. But that disappeared , when she wasn't anemic anymore.

@ridingbet Good thing you had that picture here because now I can say that I am not anemic too because my palms are not always reddish. What is protracted influenza. How does it differ from ordinary influenza?

@SIMPLYD before my palms were paper-white, but now, because i eat chicken liver and bitter gourd, the anemia is already gone. if you have reddish palms, then you are not anemic na, my friend. protracted flu is a prolonged flu before the actual symptoms appear. i had difficulty swallowing and last night, the chills. the symptoms of the flu is coming one at a time. i wish i will manifest the flu in just one instance. this flu will take longer to be treated because the signs and symptoms come one at a time too.

my left palm
No my dear. I am no longer anemic because my palpebral conjunctive are pinkish, my palms and soles are also pinkish. I have protracted influenza this hot summer time. I took paracetamol tablet after our lunch and right now I am sweating. I hydrate myself because of the insensible loss.

yes kabsat. i am drinking more than i usually drink, to the point of having loose motions again. but i took a tablet of paracetamol this morning after breakfast because i did not want to have the hot feeling again. i don't sweat still, despite the hot temperature we are experiencing here now.
