Good morning from Australia... I have been a good girl this morning. After parking my car to drop my son off at his school, I left my car there and went for a walk. I aimed to go around the block and wanted to see how long it would take me to walk around it then back to my car. It took me nearly 20 minutes. That's not bad at all, and I feel much better after the walk. I think I will go back to walking again. I just hope that I will be able to motivate myself to do so.

Oh yes you would inspire yourself, self motivation is the best motivation. Walking is good for health and you have found your way into it. Keep it going.

@atoz1to10 , yes, I walk every day, except on a Sunday, when I try to laze about my home. Start with every second day or even every third day and then build to once a day, it helps to de- stress me too.

I walked to the post office today, it as about 20 minute walk and yes you do feel much better after a walk

you did a good thing.I too take walk and avoid car for distances for 20 or30 minutes.This is a good practice.

I have been walking on my treadmill while watching television. I'm watching television every day, so walking and really enjoying summer walking.

that's good to hear... but it will be much better for your health if you do your walk outside with fresh air... Do you walk on your treadmill everyday? for how long?
