Though it is very easy to say but difficult to follow. I really hate Indian Blackberry just because of the color of the black skin over it. The reason I do not know. What harm has the outer black layer cause me? But, whenver I see the fruit with some wrinkles over it I just turn my sight away from the fruit. Though it resembles black grapes the pink color inside irritates me. Of course, this is my psychological problem. But, the Indian Ayurveda attaches great importance to this fruit. It has got many and several health benefits as follow; It is very beneficial for Diabetic patients Good for immune system and also for the bone strength. keeps the people away from heart diseases Improves the oral health Good for digestion Good for menstrual disorders. The dried powder, when applied to the face, improves the fairness of the skin. But, I never used it. This is only mentioned in Ayurvedic texts. Do you like this fruit?

I've never tried it, but I am sure I would love it since so far every fruit I have tried I like. It sounds delicious, maybe one day I will have a chance to try it.
