Wiki says that "thinking outside of the box" is a metaphor that means to think differently, uncoventionally or from a new perspectives. It also mean novel or creative thinking. I really find it hard to think outside of the box. The exception is when I'm under some sort of great inspiration or an "aha moment" or a "eureka moment". And this happen to me only once in a blue moon. Is it really good to be conventional or uncoventional in one's thinking? Do you sometimes go against the tide? Do you recall of any instances that you do some thinking outside of the box? Do you usually think outside of the box?

I had to think outside the box when I was a teacher. Now, I don't think at all.

I often used to think outside the box in my job for instance. I was allowed a lot of creativity so I used it to the extent I could. For instance doing highlights in hair color...often I would be unconventional and it worked very well.

I do think outside the box, as I always say, I am lazy so my mind is always working looking for new ways to make life easier.

I think we need to think outside the box. It is a good sign in embracing changes to this world.

Sometimes I do, but usually play it safe. It is satisfying when I can think outside the box to solve a problem. Definitely is satisfying

I had a boss that always said that, he wanted us to think out side the box.. outside the comfort zone.
