Outside or inside?

Maybe I'm just inside out. I don't know. Its summer and I continue on in my juggle: this chore needs doing outside and that chore needs doing inside. Its hot first thing. I got sick of the front corner in the garden being a weedy jungle. After I got home from taking hubby to work I climbed in and yanked and dug and yanked. The tumbleweeds are green and mean with sharp pikes on their upper strands. Just so long as I kept them away from my face, I rather enjoyed being out there, conquering and uncovering little plants like eggplants. So green and fresh, the birds down in the waterway very loud. On to care for the hens then trudged into the house. Weekly bread needed to be made, eventually vacuming needed doing, dishes washed and dried and put away. The usual stuff that wears at the back muscles. Now that we've had supper, I'll head back out and drag a hose to the baby grapes and care for the hens again and check on the little horse. We might sit out on the swing as the night comes on, hubby and I, listening to a book.
