How Much Is To Much?

I am friends with a dental assistant at our dental office but I have not seen her in a while, for one she left the pharmacy and went to work at the dental office, I seen her more at the pharmacy. Anyways..... She is on a new diet, she stopped smoking and gained a few pounds plus she still had baby weight on, and its just the calorie counting diet, but she said she is also down to having a coke a couple times a week, where before she drank them all day. I said " I still drink to much coffee" and she said, "now I love my coffee and I ain`t giving it up!" but admitted to drinking to much of it. I sighed and she said " What?" I said "I know I drink to much coffee because sometimes when I pee it smells like a fresh pot brewing." She laughed, and I did not know the dentist was listening too, I heard laughter coming from the back, she said " water!" Angie, drink more water." As much as I would like this to be a joke, it has happened before, like yesterday and when I travel for days and days. Do you over do it with a certain drink? When my sister used to drink beer I could smell her when she sweated, it was the smell of beer.
