For someone like me who has A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder), it helps me focus as I'm thinking. I also have a fidget cube which I use while typing my stories.

It is popular in some places. I heard it can release the pressure and perhaps this is why people like it?

I have seen these for sale at a local market. It does not look very exciting, and these days people are too busy fiddling with their mobile phones to play with anything else.

I would never buy one, but I will admit that I do have one! haha It was a gift, someone gave it to me and said I would enjoy playing with it. They weren't wrong...

Didn't buy the hype on these fidget spinners as well. Also not sold that these things help with focus and attention.
