Simple and Easy Dinner

I really wasn't in the mood to do much cooking tonight so we're having a simple easy meal. I just toasted some bagels and had open faced sandwiches of honey roasted turkey and swiss cheese with a little mayo. On the side, a nice salad with light blue cheese dressing, beets, sunflower seeds and croutons. Although it took very little time to prepare it turned out to be satisfying. Sometimes it's nice to step out of the kitchen and just eat something simple and easy. Do you like quick an easy?

when I did my ow n ooking I loved quc k and eyas because I came out having just me to cook for as my son ate at work as hje had odd hours quixk and easy seems to be easier to digerst too

Sounds like a very good dinner. I went to tops last night and got pizza and wings for my dinner as it was too hot to cook anything.

I just had a burrito for dinner! It is just me tonight and the rest of the weekend so I just do not want to bother cooking when it is just me. Days like this I am all for simple and easy meals.

I could never get away with that as dinner, lunch yes. My husband has to have a big meal for dinner. whe I was alone for many years I ate strange meals, once or twice I ate a whole can of beets and a potato!
