Preiti's coat is not looking good despite giving her all that is needed to bring that shine. I was on the Net this morning and read about advantages of aloe vera when applied on the skin. It is supposed to give the pet a healthy coat. While the pure gel is non-toxic the sap around it could cause diarrhea. This link has information on aloe vera for pets http://www.evolutionsupply.com/blog/aloevera-itchy-dog-skin/ Have you used aloe shampoo or aloe gel that you get from the aloe leaf on your pets?

Peiti too had a great coat but now it is not looking good. We give her so many supplements as per her Vet;s orders.

I think it is good for dog's fur in using aloe vera.
