Hi as a diabetes advocate I need to say to allus diabetics out there we need to use ourmeters often to check our blod sugar. We can tell wioch foods shoot up our sugar and which do not and eat better .remember watch your weight and do eat lots of fruits and veggies too. They are our friends for health and keeping] good control of our blood sugar. remember exerccise also helps us a lot and do not forget 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to keep us hydrated.
