Coming in at # 9 on my favorite novels I read as a kid series is Lynne Reid Banks The Indian in the cupboard, it was published in 1980 and, made into a film in 1995, in my opinion I loved both, but you should read the book first. It's about a kid Omri, who one day gets a little toy Indian from his friend, you know like the old cowboys and, Indians we all had as kids, except this one he put into a cupboard and, it came to life, his name was Little Bear and, everything went well, until one day his friend Patrick found out about the cupboard and, put a Cowboy in it that also came to life, it ended badly with the cowboy getting shot by a arrow, but luckily they were able to bring a medic to life lol, quite the creative and, fun story for kids or adults with an imagination. Some information verified at Wikipedia, there were also like 4 sequels to this. I think I only read 3 of them. I didn't find a picture this time.

Sounds good. It seems quite interesting stories. Though I am very bad in reading novels, but I always enjoy short stories.

It's pretty easy reading. I think only a little over 100 pages or so if that.

@TRBRocks420 well, I will try it. Though 100 pages sounds hard.
