We all know veggie that are store bought , contain chemical spray to prevent pests from chewing up the veggies.
Hence, most of us would soak veggies in a bowl or basin of water for a few hours .
This is to allow the chemical to be diluted in the water. Some people add in vinegar or salt into the water to remove the chemical from the veggies.
Rinse and change the water at least twice or thrice before cooking.
How many times do you change the water?
How long do you soak your veggies?
Do you add anything into the water?

I don't soak my veggies. If I did I wouldn't add anything to the water. To be honest, I don't really our water that much!
