Seymore Butz Was Here!

Seymore Butz came by today. Truthfully, his presence was long overdue. However, I'm cheap and I didn't want to pay $600 to have a washer installed on a faucet. My brother took a look at it this morning and said it was over his head, so call Mr. Butz. Seymore Butz had an apprentice with him who hasn't quite mastered saying "yes" to crack. They did the job quickly, professionally, and -- for their profession -- reasonably. Two faucet repairs, new shutoff valves, removing old unused and rusted washer connections cost less than $400. They say "house problems" is a redundant statement, because if you have a house, you have problems. But the leaky faucet problem has been resolved, courtesy of Seymore Butz. And here's Weird Al to sing about Seymore Butz:
Part 10: "The Plumbing Song", parody of "Baby Don't Forget My Number" and "Blame It On The Rain" by Milli Vanilli

I saw many of my friends when I was young buying houses and having issues. I have always rented because I could never afford to pay for all the problems that come with house ownership. Glad you got it taken care of anyway.
