I feel good and bad. lol

I did a 15 minutes workout on youtube. Leslie sonsone walking workout. I am glad I could manage it but goodness the pain my left leg and hip was in. I am going to do it again tomorrow. I need to do all I can since It's the best I can do at home. I could not do the upper body workouts. it was too much for my shoulder. I never knew it would be so easy. I was going to buy the dvd's at one time. I shall be walking one mile tomorrow.

Leslie Sansone is awesome I have a lot of her workout videos. Just slowly work yourself into it and before you know it you will be doing more.

That is very good to know. I won't be able to do more though. I have too much pain. But for15 mins I am sure going to manage it.

@sharon6345 Yeah for 15 minutes you can do it. I think her 2 mile one is 30 minutes.

It is good you can do that at home. There is so much on YouTube..what a blessing it is. I admire your good spirit Sharon. I try to walk a mile a day at least some days I cannot.

I am depressed but I refuse to me that downer all month long. I need to pick myself up and get on with it. I have to live a broke few months so I will figure it out. Next month I will have food so being broke won't matter too much. But having no food or cash sucks.

@TiarasOceanView oh yeah or at least the letter saying I needed to recertify. But the good thing is they will know I am paying more for rent now. I heard they will help me more. I was going to try to manage on my own but now I need the help.

Do not over do your walking. Start slow and work up to more walking.
