Boredom

July 9, 2017 7:22am CST
Why life gets so boring after 25. No motivation to go to work. No motivation to watch TV. Need a good sleep but couldn't get one. Don't wanna be in bed, but could left my body away from it. I don't know why do I even exist.... No excitement left

Try to stay positive... This is what I always remind myself when I'm down... If I look up I will not be as good as others, but if I look down I am better off than a lot of people... But why do you feel like this? Are you studying? working? Care to share?

I am a teacherrrr. And I am not doing justice to my profession. The boredom reflects everywhere I could sense it even in my students. It looks like they are thinking "sir you are so boring"

@Aftaz25 I don't know what level you are teaching...but as a teacher, one needs to show his/her students motivation in learning, not only that, one needs to motivate himself/herself in this job... Students can't learn anything if we ourselves show boredom..

@Aftaz25 Members can come up with suggestions on how you can fight boredom if they know where you live.

Do you like your job at all? Sounds like to me you are depressed. When I get that way I tell myself to pull on my big girl panties and that I have it good compared to others. I take the time to remind myself of that and work my way into appreciating my life. Yes it can be boring but at least Im still breathing. I have been sick the last 3 or so years and now just feeling better. That might be why I am so into appreciating what I do have now.
