I just saw an ad: I could go to my doc and ask for a prescription shot that would help me lose weight. All the way down to 27 on the body mass index are deemed good to go to get extra help on not being obese. That amazes me. Maybe my head is stuck way down in the mud cause 27 BMI puts me back in dorm days- an entire life time ago. According to statistics I continue to be obese- oh I hate that word. 45 pounds off and I am obese?? Oh heck no. If I manage to wiggle down another 10 pounds my daughter will for sure not recognize me. And yet I admit to chubby places! Who is perfect anyway? Not me and I am no longer a spring chicken. I never did look like a runner so I expect I won't now. The ad continues to boggle my brain cells.
