There were 8.4 million rats in new York as at 2014

according to statistics, there seems to be more rats in new york city than humans and that is quite unhealthy and giving healthcare workers some concerns.

All created by over-crowding and trash @shynu44 . Do you know that they take the dumpsters; empty them onto barges and go dump it into the ocean? Nothing like making our oceans healthier too. There is an area in the Atlantic that is the size of Texas that is nothing but an island of trash.
