I plan to take it easy today

I am sure you believe me when I say I plan to take it easy today. That is not entirely accurate. I plan not to do yard work until this evening at any rate. The grass that is left to mow still has dew on it.
I have library books to read, after I make breakfast and lunch for hubby. Just making a smoothie and then lunch is leftovers from last night. I will set the containers out for him to put in his lunch box.
I think I will start with coffee outdoors.

I just found a coffee flavored piece of chocolate in my freezer. It is good too.

My home is basically my plate until August 1. I have had a lot of stresses this summer and today I just need a day off. Possibly from the heat as well.

That is what I plan to take it easy by working inside the house, I am about refusing to work in this yard anymore, till I get a riding mower, however this weekend I need to mow the small lawn at the old home place.

Oh I am enjoying doing this, but I have some pain issues going on today. BTW I just fell while watering the tomatoes. Yuk.

I am sure we will be starting on wet weather again soon, but for now it is just hot and dry. I enjoyed the bit I read today, in between naps.

I had two very long naps, which I must have needed. I hibernated in the cool air, after a cool soak in the tub. When I did go out to do some small stuff I managed to fall, but we will not talk about that.

I often go out between 6 a.m. and 10, but just did not feel like it at all today. I do take it easy and drink lots of fluids.

Of course I believe you when you say you're going to take it easy. 
Something always comes up and things have to be done. Enjoy your coffee outdoors and just listen to the music of the birds, contemplating on the beauty of God's creation, before life barges in and takes you away.
