What did you have for breakfast?

This morning, I sliced one mango ad mixed it with milk and cornflakes, the added some honey bee into the bowl of cereal. It tasted delicious. I often have cereal in the mornings. I can add some kind of fruit to the cereal and milk. That´s all I need for a good morning breakfast meal. What was your breakfast today?

That is good. Enough calories to make it till noon. I like bananas and toast. I was tempted to buy butter yesterday. I think I´ll buy butter oon the next visit to the supermaket

Noodles seem like a fine breakfast. I haven´t had noodles lately, but they must taste delicious with cream and carrots, I think

I have museli ,oats,fruit ,honey and milk on week days . But today being Sunday I had Aloo paratha , which is chapati stuffed with spiced potatoes also had a glass of milk

@quantum2020 Yes it does taste very good. We also make stuffing with cauliflower , radish or even minced chicken..

FIber is good for digestion. I eat granola and can mix it with cereal, milk and fruit, it´s good for the stomach
