Mylotters, after two failed tries to make chocolate lava cake this past spring in my crockpot, I've done it! I've just checked the cake after 1.5 hours of slow cooking this mid-afternoon. I think it was the baking cocoa than the chocolate pieces that've done the trick. I did the toothpick test with my knfe. It came out dry and not wet! Yay! I can't wait to have it for dessert tonight with ice cream. Third time is the charm!
Here's a photo of my chocolate lava cake that's going to stand, while I'll cook and have dinner tonight:
Raspberry lava cake, here I come in September! Next up, brownies redemption next month!

I think that you have been doing a great job. Are you blogging about these crockpot adventures? That might be a food blog that would stand out.

I don't think I have the time to do a food blog on my crockpot adventures. Maybe someday I will. Thanks Snowy.

Yes indeed! My chocolate lava had stuck to my cake and my lining. I let it stand out too long. Oh well. I take a point off from the score
