Someone said that if you love someone you should also ready to be hurt, that part of the story. I say it should not be like. Why do we give them right to broke us, to feel the hurt. If that's the case the we shouldn't love anymore. No more feelings rather than giving them the right to cause uz pain, right to make us cry. Can we have the right to love and to be live without being hurt?

There are ups and downs in every relationship. Unfortunately at times we might end up hurting the ones we love the most. Sometimes we can forgive them for the wrong they did to us but sometimes the mistake is too big that we can't just forgive even if we want too.

@Nawsheen, those ups and downs make the two people in love stronger.

In my own opinion, big or small we should learn to forgive the person that hurt us especially when he or she is asking sincere apology. We might wanted to have a happiness because of the feeling of love but there are circumstances that the failure come... whether we like it or not because its part of our humanity. But I cannot blame anyone who couldn't forgive because the pain might be so enormous that it cause the victim too much trouble. Many people sacrifice family, career, ambitions and pride just to end up crying because of failed relationship. But then we must know love is the greatest thing on this earth.

The person whom you love the most will hurt you the most. It is a fact indeed. If an outsider says anything we don't get hurt but our loved one says something odd then it will hurt us.

I love your words and its so true, we give all for the sake of true love in our heart... body and soul, but in the end it ended in failure, that love hurt us most. But we cannot avoid it, that if we love someone we simply give the best of us, the most of love without thinking we might hurt most in the end. Ahh, love is so powerful.

I have been in abusive relationships in the past before I met my husband, and Yes, it can be difficult at first to want to be in one, and be Loved, but I did it, and we have been married over 18 yrs. A Relationship is always something you have to work daily at, but no matter what when the right one comes along, it is truly worth it.

This is so true, there is no perfect love but from Him. Maybe this was made like this so we know the value of love. We love and feel the pain then we know the value of love. If we don't know the feeling of hurt then maybe we cannot appreciate the feeling of love. It just so happen that feeling the pain is so painful, so hurtful that all we can do is letting our tears to fall from our eyes. That is why pain is also so powerful because it controls our emotions. It happiness is deprived and the pain rule. This is really love... this is part of love.

we can get hurt so the foundation of love is strengthened' otherwise, too much hurt will mean destruction of love already

@ilocosboy it is because with love, trust and respect should be hand in hand with the emotion.

yes. Better we chose such person, in the beginning, itself after inquiring thoroughly, Unfortunately, love always happens at first sight in most of the cases.

Many people are blinded with love at first sight. But we cannot blame them but it should be the feeling. If there's no such feeling of love at first sight then we might not get hurt at first sight.

@ilocosboy Sacrifice shouldn't be painful if it's done for love.

When one is young and full of energy, one will readily compromise (or sacrifice everything) for love. When one is a bit more mature and wiser, the I, me and myself become bigger & more important with time. Those Trinity demands rights.

I do not think we can control love, if you fall in love with someone it just happens you do not control it and so in the end you can sometimes get hurt if love does not come from the other side... I don't think we can get ready to be hurt (or not).

You are right, nobody can control the love. We should embrace it, its part of the human gamble, searching for the right love for us.
