Good Monday morning

It is a beautiful day. I am going to head out for a walk soon. I had a bad night last night. Couldn't get comfy at all and had a lot of pain. The Tylenol just wasn't doing it for the pain. Feeling better now though. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow for a follow up to see how things are going so far. Not much going on today. More relaxing and recovery. Now to figure out something got lunch.

Enjoy your walk I am doing laundry on my last load now then gotta hang it up to dry and get our tea finished for dinner. Glad you got something to help with your pain.

Not much in the mood to do much of anything... You can always tell when it's a Monday. Hope that some relaxing will make you feel better for the rest of the day!!

I went to the gastroenterologist and was told to start taking my GERD medication again. My symptoms have returned and I guess I'll always need to be on them. Other than that I didn't do much.
