Was she demoted?

A couple of hours ago, I had a chat with 2 of my colleagues. It was informed to us that the orientation will be tomorrow but we have not yet received a text message from our clinical coordinator Ms. LC. Usually, they inform us 2 days prior. So I took the initiative to ask a full time preceptor if we part-time CI’s should attend the activity in school.
Sir AR told us that we have a new coordinator now, and the previous, Ms. LC is the level 4 coordinator. I received Sir FD’s (the new clinical coordinator) text several minutes ago.
I therefore told a colleague Ms. CC to disseminate the information to our other colleagues. I also told CC that I won’t join the reunion at 3PM today.
Miss LC is the level 4 coordinator now. She is the coordinator in some of my past discussions who stares blankly, and who does not send us text messages ahead of the scheduled time and activities of the school. Maybe she was not used to working with all the students under her wing. But I don’t know what the real reason is.
What could be the reason? Any ideas?

the clinical coordinator has a higher level of position than the level 4 coordinator. clinical coor involves all year levels.

@Shavkat she is demoted because her position is under the clinical coordinator but according to her,she is not demoted.

@LadyDuck she attended the activity in school this morning. And she sat far from us.she said she accepted the position but she also said she is not demoted.the former level 4 coordinator ms IBB, resigned because she is leaving for Canada so she, ms LC, is taking her place.

i have that idea also my friend. she stares blankly last semester, and i think she is also absent-minded when we communicate with her.

Wwll, if there are some misunderstanding in the organization that should be given importance to tackle.

Ms. LC is a very soft-spoken person and she rarely commits mistakes to our dean, but has the attitude of forgetfulness when dealing with us.

Well, being fired is probably the worst case scenario. That is not right to even not sent any notification for the students. If she keeps doing that I think they need some one who is more qualified.

no, she is not fired but she took a lower position than being the clinical coordinator.

Maybe it had to do with her competency on the job that she was doing.

i think so too, but then, i am thinking that maybe she filled up the vacant position because the level 4 coordinator already resigned.

Maybe she could not handle the responsibilities she needed to @ridingbet .
