Well, it is hot and I did just pick those tomatoes... We have one plant that we put in on April 2nd and while the plant itself is no longer producing blooms, it is full of vine ripe 'maters just asking to be picked. I picked about two pounds of green beans and then the tomatoes....those are about 1/8 of the ripe tomatoes on one plant. I think it's time to start giving them away - anyone want some? Photo is mine

@infatuatedbby When they are this fresh I don't want them in my salad, I like to make big fact slices and eat them with just a little salt.

I do. Those tomatoes are beautiful. All you need to add to your tomatoes and green beans is a piece of chicken or some cottage cheese.

Would love to have those tomatoes. I love to eat green beans fresh from a garden without cooking them. You do have a bounty of a crop, that's for sure.

Yes, and our garden is only 8 x 16. We will have carrots and swiss chard and a new crop of lettuce. This will go on until October.

My neighbor asked me if I wanted some of his tomatoes, he has planted too many, but I have enough of those I planted myself. I have to check around if someone has not a vegetable garden.

We gave the neighbor some and I might drop some off at the dentist office for my buddy there. We ate several yesterday.

those look good.. my grandmother has tomato plants but I don't see any yet. One of my neighbors will come and ask for a handful.. He loves to eat them, right out of the garden.. I asked well did you wash them, he says no , he couldn't wait to eat them.

No thanks I am good, I got about 10 big tomatoes yesterday and I did not count how many cucumbers but they filled the crisper in the fridge. We replanted the tomatoes last week, I still have six full of tomatoes getting red but no more blooms.
