I have always loved spaghetti with tomato'
and meat sauce but seems a bit heavy on
a warm evening like this I ate as much as I
could. I had a baby greens salad a nd veggies
dessert yellow cake.
I fell stuffed right mow but its warm may be
just the warm humid air. My blood sugar was
a l ittle low but not dangerous at all. too warm
fpood does mot have same appeal
Onward upward, read, respond and like time'to
boost earnings a bit.

True, warm spaghetti don't sound too appealing with such weather. But it's probably better than having ice cream almost every day (like I do).

My kids sure like spaghetti. I never cared for any Italian food. Glad it was good and you enjoyed it.

I love spaghetti too. But in our country, we always have steamed rice for lunch and dinner and sometimes even breakfast. Stay safe and healthy Auntie!

Thats one of my favorite meals, and never heaby on a hot day for me. But everybodys body is different.
