What's for lunch?
I have been thinking what will I be cooking for days now.
Tuna, yes, I still have some few pieces.
What will i do with it this time?
Decided to cook it on coconut milk and even check the recipe on the internet, list down what I will be needing and headed to the market. And it is my first time to cook the dish.
Will you believe me that I can be nervous with what will be the outcome. Will it be okay or "OH--kay"
Glad that I will be just the sole "victim" if it turns out to be, you know.
Crossing my fingers that it be a successful one.
Just have to follow instructions
Do you look for recipes in the internet too?

I am sure you will do well.
I don't usually search for recipes but I may have to start now as I am trying to cut out meat entirely..except for fish.

Not long ago, we can only refer from written recipes and we have limited options. I remember cutting recipes from magazines. But now, everything is within reach. There is a wide source for different recipes that we can refer to. Actual demonstration and clear written or video instructions are also available online.

Many years ago, I once followed a banana bread recipe from online. But since I do not have baking powder (or was it baking soda?), I substituted baking soda (or powder, I can't remember). It was a disaster, and that is my first learning experience on how proper ingredient substitution is very important.
