It has been a beautiful day. Blue skies, full sunshine and not a raindrop in sight. God is so good! At the pool this morning, everyone was there, and sang Happy Birthday to me, followed by a small party in the lounge with a fruit tray. Perfect as the lady who bought it knows how much I'm trying to lose weight. The card was also signed by everyone. So wonderful! Then shortly after noon I went out to Bay Beach Amusement Park and just watched the bay for a while and had a cheeseburger and onion rings from the pavilion, then left there for another park a short ride around the bay and sat watching the water and reading, finishing a book I have been reading for several months. My younger son called while I was at Bay Beach, and then took me out to eat when I got home. The temperature on the digital sign board outside the restaurant said it was 90 F. Our hottest day this summer. My mother did say I was born on the hottest day of summer and today was just that. I'm home now and ready to interact and enjoy your company as well. How was your day?
