Went to a walk in the woods today

The fog cleared up for a bit and my fiance and I went for a walk on the trail behind our place. I love spending time with nature so it was nice to get out on the trail again. I had to stop a few times to rest. I was careful not to overdo it. I had a nap when I got back. I haven't had much pain today so it was a good day. The fog is back now and the temperatures have really dropped.
