Dear friends, If a call comes in the middle of sleep at midnight then definitely it will be scaring. Yesterday my mobile rang at 2.30 am. I woke up on hearing the sound as I could not understand what the sound is. On waking up from sleep I realized my mobile rings. I picked and kept on my ear without saying anything as it was from an unknown number. The call got disconnected but the next minute it rings again. This time I pick and said a ‘hello’. The person on the other end said to me, “Sorry wrong number”. Imagine, someone wakes me up from sleep and saying this. Some aged person was on line and may be on emergency he called up some one and he got a wrong number that is what I felt on that time. I didn’t felt annoyed or anything, I kept the phone back and slept again. Do you get calls at wrong time, especially wrong numbers?

But can't predict any one calls on emergency. No one usually calls at this time. So I attended the call.

@ilocosboy Yes, I am talking about mobile phone. Since we are living away from native place, don't know who calls at midnight, or any emergency.

I put my phone on silent mode at night. I have never received wrong calls at that time of the night

If I make my phone at silent mode then I won't remember it morning and I do missed calls. So just kept in normal mode at night too.

@Sreekala Yes that's true too. In fact my phone is on silent mode most of the times. I am not allowed to use my phone at work.

if a number calls me up in the middle of the night, and i don't know who is in the other end of the line, i do not talk, but just listen to that person's voice.

Wrong number at that time. Lol, that's really freaking. Honestly just got call at 12:30 am yesterday when I was trying to sleep. I got scare (it is always scary to get calls at that time). It was my dad and I got even more scared. But it was only for checking out water at terrace as it was heavily raining at night. Thank god.

Yes, the calls at night after a particular time is really scaring. We get all negative thoughts all of a sudden. Glad he called up for just checking something.

Normally midnight calls are conveying some bad news. That is the problem.
