describe what's on your mind?

I would, if I could.
It was there and then it wasn't there. It was there again this morning and now it's scarpered off to enjoy its own little game of Hide & Seek.
Come back!!! I cry, uncontrollably. Please come back!!!
But the idea is well and firmly stuck in some distant place. It eludes me, like a person striding within the confines of a swirling mist, always on the peripheral, but never quite in focus enough to capture.
It's on the tip of my tongue!!!
And there it shall stay, until I remember it again. Inevitably I will forget it again. And you, my Dear Reader, will never know my idea for a post, which will now never exist, because my mind is too forgetful and my ability to write things down so lacklustre.
I think I'll go and watch Fear the Walking Dead. Who doesn't love a bit of zombie action when they're feeling demotivated?
And if that isn't quite your cup of tea, please just enjoy the cats above ... they came to me all the way from Japan and were shoved unceremoniously through the letterbox by the postman this morning.

I think it's twelve cats. I nearly missed one of the ones in the middle!

But if I'm like this now, heaven help me {or, more likely, my poor carer} when I'm eighty!!

Probably true! I've had vampires shoved through before.
