She heard the loudest snore..ever

Philippines
July 21, 2017 6:10am CST
Yesterday I went to my sibling's home. First, to my eldest kid's who is much nearer because they haven't had their lunch yet. Then after two hours I went to the other one who's a bit far. I bought them some embutido / dry sausages there. But when I got home I immediately hit bed and couldn't go anywhere. When I got told to bring my brother's medication I just refused. Mom woke me up the next morning and told me she heard my snore for the firs time..Just to let you know, she has some hearing impairment, and hearing that from her means it was literally loud That proves that I was really tired..Probably need to re-think about loosing weight again. I am eating some fruits and vegetables but I haven't lessen my consumption that much and my exercise had stalled again.

That counts, of course. Whenever I work on something in the kitchen, I consider that as part of my daily therapy.

Whatever works for you. But there are a lot of snorers in this world. I bet my Dad has you beat!

I have no intention of competing with anyone with regards to this @dgobucks226 because I never asked to have this condition. For me, this means I'm not taking good care of my health and could die anytime if unchecked.

@dgobucks226 well, I think it's my weight which is why I have this snoring lately. well, when I learned I got some uric acid problem, that's just the start..thank you I hope I can improve this year at least.

@Letranknight2015 My apologies for your inability to take care of your health. Many people snore and not taking care of their health has nothing to do with it. My Dad for instance has a crooked windpipe which causes his snoring condition. Other people snore when they sleep in a certain position maybe on their backs. You mention in your post that you need to lose weight but never mention any major health issues. A lot of people are overweight but do not die from snoring. I do wish you the best of luck in battling your weight.

I think you were so tired on that day. On the other hand, it is a good thing that you wanted to lose weight.

@Letranknight2015 Are an insomniac person? I think you really need to take a rest and have more sleep.

It's been a struggle because of my time to get some sleep as well @Shavkat but I am going to try to manage myself back.

I often started sleeping sideways but often wake up on a flat position even though there's three pillows on my head @ridingbet

@Letranknight2015 my mother (+) often told us that we can have nightmares (bangungot) when we sleep in supine position, and we snore. our mother would wake us up and tell us to turn sideways.

I also snore at sleep. Whenever I snore, my wife becomes very angry and press my nose to stop that sound... (it is funny no) and wake me up, and I wait for her to sleep...

Hello @David96 It's best suggestion for me to give your wife some ear plugs, that actually helps lessen to hear your snoring. This is why I don't sleep with anyone else in my room.

I also snore loud. But it's louder when I am tired. I usually deny it but my partner would record it as proof that I really do snore.

Oh this happen s when we are too tired, we sleep without Sense. Take care my friend. Better loose weight if that's the problem you think. Don't rely on fruits, what ever you eat , eat less. And little bit of walking will do.

I am slowly reducing the food I take @prashu228 and this time I won't going for a crash diet because it's really dangerous.
