PT is done.Next is needles to stimulate the nerve

good afternoon.Well today I had my last PT.
The result was fair to medium.
Next week going to try the needle test.This is not acupuncture but similar.
Part of the treatment plan.Going to give it a shot and see if I gain anything buy this.
Tomorrow heading off to the Lake to relax and enjoy mother nature.
any plan for the weekend?

Oh that will help a lot I am sure Fredo that nerve stimulus...

@prashu228 the PT is for my neck pain that I have been suffering for awhile.
The needle thing to stimulate the nerve to help some.

@Jillybean1222 it started with the sever neck pain in my neck.they were working on the muscle to quiet it down.

Congrats on finishing PT and doing it at home. Good luck with the needle test. Enjoy the lake. Other than church, a local Italian Fest during downtown, and relaxing this weekend. I'll be cleaning out my Webmail inbox, due to a 4.5 hour email outage, which is semi-resolved.

@amadeo Every year my town does a weekend Italian fest in downtown. The same for Oktoberfest (two weekends ago) and Irish fest last month. There would be Italian food to buy at the vendors like pizza or calzones, a variety of pasta. Music would be played, souvenirs to buy. But my brother and I go there for lunch only after I go to church.

Good your last PT was fairly successful. Not really...it is still pretty hot..so just basically taking it easy. I went to the lake last night.

Does it work along the meridians of the body like acupuncture does or does it do something else?
