This is quite an absurd news.
A woman in Shanghai spent 5200 yuan (about USD764) to buy a pair of Chanel shoes in a Chanel store. After a day, she found that her stockings were black after putting off the shoes. She thought maybe it would be fine next day. However, it was the same next day. And the worse thing was even the Chanel logo had some problems and might fall anytime.
She went to the store and the sales said she was too elegant to walk around. Perhaps the people who can afford such expensive shoes will go to anywhere by a fancy car with a driver. And they shall walk only on the carpet for a little time and of course they should not walk on the outdoor rough ground.
You can't refund to it as this is Chanel's rule. The solution is that they will change the same shoes for her but the sales said the same problem may occur. Or she can add more money to buy another much more expensive shoes.
The comments under this news are quite funny. Some people said that wearing such shoes shall also equipped the wheel chair

I think that the real problem is that those "Chanel" shoes in reality are a fake. I have never heard of this problem and I would like to sent an email to Chanel to let them know what happened. This brand is serious and I would like to have the link to this news, I am going to write to the French representative. My niece had a little problem with a handbag and they immediately replaced the bag.

It's good to buy a high price product of popular brands. But I would go primarily for comfort over the design and the price.

That sounds very poor quality for such expensive shoes..I would demand refund if you cannot walk in them.
