When am I going to learn?

I have burned by sellers on Amazon enough times, that I should know I need to read every word of a description, and then some. I usually read reviews. The towels I ordered came and they are about the size of large washclothes...!! Back they go! I guess I just assumed when they said bath towels..they meant it..no way..however, when I went back to look at the description the size was clearly marked...error to me. Did you ever order anything online and it wasn't what you expected at all?

That is so bad Snowy. Bath towels..thats a misleading descrip for sure. Yes a few times I have but always returned it. Can't recall what it was though. Sorry that happened to you.

Yes, I ordered a book from Amazon once and what came wasn't the copy I expected. I actually don't think it was the seller's fault but Amazon's; they'd listed it with the wrong title.

I have had to return things to Amazon 4 or 5 times. I have ordered alot more than that though.

That happens often. I mostly order from walmart.com because it's easy to return items to the store instead of having to mail them.

Yeah, that's true. Not a big deal with Amazon though I can just drop them off at the UPS store in town.

After being disappointed with online purchases I do my best now to fully read both the description and the reviewx

I have. Once I chose some pull ties and they looked bigger in the picture, but then when they came in the mail and fit right inside the mailbox, they were so small they didn't suit my purposes but I gave them to a friend to use for keeping wires together. Those pics can be misleading.

We have local online shopping site here. I didn't like the headset that I bought. The quality wasn't good as like in the photo.
