Wow that shower got me ready to feel great and have a owmderful day Another hour it will be lunch
time and I just now we are having some sort of sub, the words I coud not see and a sadlad prbably potato salad.
I hope its a big sub that I can save halff o f it for eve
snack ILt is breathless out,humid oi oing to be hot again
after all it is July

For lunch I rolled ham and swiss cheese in a tortilla. I had a small portion of guacamole for veggies, and I am drinking diluted fruit juice to stay hydrated.

we had a ham and swiss cheese with tomato sanmdwich reallysoi goiiod lentil soup dessert sugar free ice cream
greatlunch for a hot dayI drand water and punch and cioffe so to be hydrated as I often forget to increase water
