Another car update

First I just want to once again say how much I hate cars, and even the stupid insurance companies. Second.. we went and talked to a collision place we've taken our car to before, when some teen backed into it and dented the drivers side back door. And well, the guy said he has to look some things up for the carpets, and then call the insurance lady my mom has and see what's going to happen. Then he'll call my mom either later today or by end of day tomorrow to let her know when we can get the car done. But said it probably won't be getting done until sometime next week .. Well, we haven't heard anything yet and they close in 30 minutes.. So we're guessing she'll get the call tomorrow while she's working, and then will have to call back and leave a message herself once they're closed for the day.. Gotta love that phone tag game.. Lease we're getting somewhere now..

No luck for me. The dealership won't accept their fault for putting wrong oil and the company can't do anything. I am going to write bad reviews and for people to watch out with this dealership!! I hope things work out for you.. I hate the phone tag game.

@Courtlynn well what's done is done But they're wrongful and I read Facebook reviews people filing complaints about the same service manager as rude. And they play the tag name please contact general manager and the person goes you sent this message to everyone and a month later the general manager Hasn't even contacted them back Such a scam!
