Idiot Trump says ObamaCare is 17 years old

Today during a speech, President Ignoramus stated that Americans have been suffering under the Affordable Care Act (also known as "ObamaCare") for SEVENTEEN years. Um, hello? Even elementary school children know that a President can only be in office for 8 years. Trump took over from Obama. There's no way that Obama's signature piece of legislation could be 17 years old. He is truly the dumbest man ever to be elected President. Great job Electoral College!
