I have been wanting to learn how to cook cuttlefish for a long time. Decades ago, we made delicious dishes with abalone, but not it is absolutely out of my reach.
I discovered that many people used cuttlefish for the same dishes and, if more flavour was needed to add some mussels to the dish.
Today I found cuttlefish at a very reasonable price. I checked online how much should I cook it and how. Being alone brings out all the my desires to make new concoctions.
The cuttlefish is boiling. I´ll tell you what will come out of it. I have other dishes already made, if this does not work.

Ugly looking things, aren't they? I don't know that I would want to eat them if I didn't know they were edible. Hope it tastes good.

This does not look like anything as they sell it in pieces. But I love calamari and octopus. YUM!

@marguicha I love octopus too, so I would probably like cuttlefish.

@petatonicsca I´m sure you would. There are many common tastes in seafood in Japan and South America.
