Do crusts give you curly hair?

curly hair

I was attracted by this title of a video. As it doesn't make a sense that eating something will give you curly hair. But it is true that foreigners have more breads than us, so no wonder they have curly hair? After watching this video, I am glad that the conclusion shows that curly hair has nothing to do with the crusts

I was often told, when I was a child, "Eat your crusts! It'll make your har curl." Of course, it does nothing of the sort. It was really an exhortation against waste. Children like to eat the soft white centre part of a slice of bread but sometimes don't like the crusts.

I remember in the past when my child was little, he also didn't like the crusts Now I understand why there is such a saying. We also say something similar here. My grandma would ask me to finish everything from my bowl when I was little, or in the future I would find an ugly husband

This is the weirdest thing I ever heard, people with most curls in their air are African people and they do not eat bread.

true. and the food we eat has nothing to do with it. It's mostly genetic.

The reason why people have curly hair is because the pores on their scalp is not circular like straight haired people are.

No eating crust does not give you curly hair you have to actually curl it.

Perhaps you were born as the curl hair. We are different. We were born with straight hair.

I guess this video wanted to capture the attention of the viewers. It is nice to know that there is no truth behind the crust per se.

More food causes overweight and disease if over eaten. How much hair they have will not matter then.

That does sound strange. It's genetics not what you eat.a curling iron also can give your curls.

As children we used to be told this. It was just a ploy to try to get us to eat our crusts. No-one liked eating their crusts back then.
