Lovely spin around the lake with our new bikes!

Afternoon, we picked up my bike and a couple hours after we took our bikes on a lovely spin around the lake!
My fiancé and I biked for five miles and it was wonderful! The view was nice, too!
We saw a couple other bikers, some joggers, & walkers! Observed some birds, ducks, and fishes!
We'll be back tomorrow. Might go for ten miles!

That is awesome! There is a lot of traffic here so I don't like to ride on the roads or street. Just the lake for now. Maybe the beach on the cement sometime!

@infatuatedbby Awesome! that sounds like a lot of fun.. I would be tempted to take my camera.. but then I would be stopping a lot.. and I guess that would defeat the purpose of biking.

@teamfreak16 Yes - we are going to check some out tomorrow. The wheels do detach but, we don't want to mess with the rear tires + the chain.

5 miles down! Maybe 10 miles tomorrow. We have to get a bike rack though because we had to take two cars.

@infatuatedbby Enjoying nature brings out praises to God in me, as I'm so amazed at how He created everything. For example humming birds are my favorite bird they are little miracles that I get to enjoy on occassion.

Right now I use a fanny pack for my phone and mini first aid kit just encase hehe. :) It is great exercise, we go around the lake twice and that's 10 miles!

Yes it is fun! Is there anyone to bike on flatter areas? Slight hills are good here and there but I wouldn't enjoy it too much. :)

Very nice bicycles. I'm hoping that with my weight loss and physical therapy my back will allow me to start riding a bicycle again. I certainly miss it.
