Many people think that the food in McDonald's is junk food. However, it concludes wheat (burger), vegetable, cheese, meats and they are supposed to be balanced healthy food. Perhaps if you change the soda as the juice, then it will be perfect

@prashu228 It's what is inside those ingredients that is not good. Do you know how many chemicals and preservatives the put in the bread and patties to keep them fresh?

I like eating MCDonald's but I don't think that it is healthy. There are so many additives in those fast foods which are really bad for health

@MALUSE my favorite McDonald's is in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I loved the structure it was in. It was the only two story McDonald's I had ever seen.

If the meat was lean meat and the bread was not garbage bread full of sugar preservatives and chemicals this would be a balanced healthy food. Made at home with the right ingredients it is.

@youless To give you an idea how much chemicals they put in their food. One doctor kept in his house a Happy Meal for 2 years, simply to show that McDonald’s burgers and fries don’t rot. Their food after two years looked no more than an hour old... this makes me sick.

@youless Actually it is not possible to value calorie when we are hungry. Lol But fast-food contains more calories which becomes a burden to our body.

If they offered juice at a cheaper alternative many people might consider it, I wish there was a healthier option offer there for sure.

Who made this conclusion, somebody working for McDonald's? I think that it is difficult to have a balanced meal in a McDonald's, although it is perhaps not impossible. People can certainly be reasonable; but most of the time they are not : speaking of soda, we had to vote a law to forbid unlimited free soda fountains in French fast foods...

Soda is something not healthy in McDonald's. Especially it seems they offer a very large cup of soda for customers overseas. Here we only have little cup
