Going out for dinner and trivia

I spoke to my husband a little after 5pm. He was just crossing the border from CT to NY on his way home. He said that the GPS said he would be home by 7:20pm.
He asked if I wanted to go out tonight or just stay in. I said it was up to him as he is the one who has to go to DC tomorrow. He said he wanted to go out. So, we are going to our usual weekly outing for dinner, drinks, and Trivia on Tap.
We will head out of here around 7:45. We need to get there a few minutes early to make sure we get a good seat at the bar.

Sometimes the best thing is to just stick to your regular routine. You would miss it if you skipped it. It was nice you gave him a choice, though.

Well glad he is almost home & I hope you guys have fun at the bar. Sucks he has to leave tomorrow on another trip though
