What's for dinner? July 27

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I am on my own again with a fridge full of leftovers so that's what I'm having tonight. It will be a turkey mini-meatloaf, basmati rice, and vinegar slaw with cucumbers and dill. Everything is getting chucked tomorrow so I might as well have one last meal before it all goes. My husband is having dinner in DC with the guys before he comes home so I don't have to worry about leaving a plate for him.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Your dinner is always nice Chicaa!
We just had fish sticks and broccoli. At least its not raw veggies again have gone off those for a while now lol

My friend Lili came over and we turned a focaccia into a sort of pizza, adding to it cheese, lots of caramelized onions and tomatoes. After eating that, I think I will not think about food until tomorrow.
