I was talking to an old boyfriend. We met up after years and years. Actually, I have not seen him since I was 19. He told me there was a day when he and a friend were playing chess in the bedsit I live in and everything suddenly went cold and they both just ran! I have no idea where I was! That is almost as odd as when the clock Uncle Willie had in the hall that would not work started ticking the moment he died. I am not sure what to make of either of these events!

I've heard of strange incidents like that when people die. I've never known what to make of them either.

I do have a theory about the flat. Things hapoened just after I gave my life to Christ and I learned ghe power of the blood of Jesus rebuking them. Eventually I just left and went to live in a Christian community.

@just4him I guess had I been a Christian when I moved in then I would have done that. The last tennants where I live now were Iranian Christians and it felt really nice to begin with. My guess is they made it a house of prayer. Now my neighbour told me about the guy before them and I wonder what they prayed out!

@Jackalyn The blood is powerful, and I've used that power when moving into a house and cleansing it from anything that was there before I moved in.

Dearest Mildred, I hope you are OK. I too am under the bed, but that is just because. Human 1 oncee found me there with a mouse when we lived in our old house. That really scared her, but not as much as the water rat I put under the lodger's bed. Love mischeviously, Freya the Catblog Catxx

@Jackalyn Yikes! Even one of those mouse/rat incidents would probably have been the end of my mom. I need her around to provide my chicken treats.

I would not be reassured. I was not believing in ghosts until I rented a haunted house, but it was only a noisy ghost walking, bashing doors and even using the kitchen to cook times to times. If the furniture had moved I would have left quickly.

These were both very odd instances. The ticking clock really gets me wondering!

The cold scenario is probably easy to explain. The clock scenario is a bit odd though.

Well that is a hair stand up on the back of your neck moment! When I worked at a medical supply store I was left with one other employee to run the store for the day. There was a moment when everything seemed to become still and quiet. We heard footsteps come from the back of the store. When we looked, nobody was there. Yeah, I am convinced it was a spirit.

There are some things for which there is no explanation. They are the really scary things, don't you think?

That is something else, I'm sure it was not a breeze.. I a believer of ghost. The fact given doesn't give solid evidence for an actual confirmation but there is no other way to explain that situation. Well, that's my opinion...
