How often do you feel hungry?

The ideal, according to nutritionists, is that we can eat every 3 hours. A balanced diet with controlled calories... But we all know how difficult this is to do (no matter how much willpower that exists on the part of each person).
Have you ever stopped to think about how much hunger you feel?

The effect will be more as one ages. So one should have control on eating though it is a difficult task.

Some even feel faint. I would never go that long to feel that way.

There are times we think we are hungry because we are bored or frustrated or stressed.

I am a small eater and so I do reach for snacks several times in the day. But my eating stops early in the evening as I skip dinner.

I don't usually get hungry as I eat normally once when I get up and then again for dinner. I sometimes get up around 10 or 11 and don't eat for at least an hour. My dinner is usually 6:30 to 7pm. After that I might have ice cream with my husband but not always. As I am getting older I do not require the food I use to eat. Sometimes my husband tells me to eat.

Depends on what I eat
If I eat heavy breakfast (rice, eggs and sausages) I don't get hungry for 5 hours. If I eat plain bread (not wheat) without drinking coffee I am always hungry
