I am planning to grill a piece of meat using my newly bought gas stove but not sure how to prepare the meat prior to grilling. Do I have to submerse the meat in certain kind of liquid to make it soft? Regarding ingredient, I think I will google search it. In Indonesia, people use papaya leave or grated pineapple to be applied on the meat. How would you prepare it mylotters?
